Production & Shipping Process
Most of our products are printed and finished directly by our team at our facilities. This means your garments are produced on demand — as soon as your order is placed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically produced and shipped within 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your initial deposit and order confirmation.
Please note that production times may vary depending on the quantity, product type, and complexity of your order. Estimated production times are indicated on each product page for your convenience.
Partial Shipments for Large Orders
For larger bulk orders, it’s normal for certain products to be ready before others. Once a significant portion of your order is completed, we’ll ship those finished garments immediately so you can begin stocking and selling them. The remaining pieces will be shipped as soon as production is finalized.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely production and delivery, Monaco Social Club is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Strikes, conflicts, or external events
- Natural disasters or other factors beyond our control
Payment Before Shipment
As stated in our payment policy, all packages must be paid in full before shipping.
For example, if you paid a 33% deposit when placing your order and 25% of your order is ready to ship, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance (66% of that portion) before we dispatch the shipment. Don’t worry — our team will contact you first to coordinate this step.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
