WHOLESALE ORDERING & PAYMENT TERMS

Here’s everything you need to know before placing or managing your orders with us.

1. Production & Shipping

 

Processing Time:

Orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your initial deposit and order confirmation.

 

Delays:

Production time may vary depending on the quantity and complexity of your order.

Monaco Social Club is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Strikes, conflicts, or external events
  • Natural disasters or other factors beyond our control

Delivery Address:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses.


2. Payments - ( Order Above 100 units )

 

Step 1 – Deposit (33%)

To confirm your order, a 33% deposit is required.

You can use the promo code RETAIL-DPT-33 to pay your deposit directly through our online portal.

You can also apply STORESHIP for free shipping if eligible.

This deposit is non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation.

 

Step 2 – Invoice

Once your order is received, you’ll receive a formal invoice showing:

  • The amount already paid (deposit)
  • The remaining balance due

Step 3 – Final Payment

When your order is ready to ship, you’ll be asked to pay the remaining balance.

No order will be shipped until the final payment is received in full.

 

2.1 Payments - ( Order Below 100 units )

You must pay 100% of the invoice upon receipt for your order to be confirmed.

If eligible, use the code STORESHIP for free shipping.

Payments can be made by Interac e-transfer or direct bank transfer.

 

Step 2.1 – Invoice

Once your order is received, you’ll receive a formal invoice with the balance due.

No order will be approved until the complete payment is received in full.


3. Accepted Payment Methods

 

Option 1 – Interac E-Transfer

Important:

Please email a payment confirmation (with the date of transfer) to info@ezcollection.ca.

 

Note:

If you place a new order before paying the balance on a previous one, the outstanding balance must be cleared first before any new order is accepted.


4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after order confirmation.
  • After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • A confirmed manufacturing defect
  • A proven error made by Monaco Social Club

If there’s a problem with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.

After that time, no claims will be accepted.

Damage caused by the retailer or its staff is not covered.


5. Responsibility

 

Monaco Social Club is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or third parties
  • Damages resulting from mishandling by the retailer
  • Events outside our control (weather, strikes, customs delays, etc.)
