WHO CAN ORDER FROM MONACO WHOLESALE ?
Our Wholesale platform is exclusively available to approved retailers and business partners.

HOW DOES WHOLESALE ORDERING WORK ?
- Browse our Wholesale Collection.
- Add your desired products to your cart.
- Complete your order through checkout.
- Add your DISCOUNT CODE
- Production begins after your deposit is received.
- Once your order is complete, we'll send the remaining balance by email.
- Your order ships once the final payment has been received.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER ?
The minimum opening and reorder quantity is 50 units.
This minimum allows us to maintain efficient production, consistent quality, and competitive wholesale pricing while ensuring the best possible service for all of our retail partners.

Contact our team before placing your order. We'll be happy to discuss the best solution for your business.
PRICING
HOW ARE WHOLESALE PRICES DETERMINED ?
Wholesale pricing is based on:
• Garment Type
• Print Category
This allows us to offer fair pricing while continuing to develop new collections.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE MSRP ?
Every product includes its Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
CAN I SELL BELOW OR ABOVE MSRP ?
Retailers remain free to determine their own retail pricing.
However, we strongly recommend following the MSRP to maintain pricing consistency throughout our retail network.
PRODUCTION
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE ?
Production generally takes 2–3 weeks after your order has been confirmed and payment requirements have been met.
Production times may vary depending on:
• Order quantity
• Garment availability
• Seasonal demand
• Production complexity
Estimated lead times are always confirmed after your order has been reviewed.
CAN PRODUCTION BE DELAYED ?
Although uncommon, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
• Shipping carriers
• Customs
• Strikes
• Natural disasters
• Supply chain interruptions
We'll always keep you informed should any delays arise.
SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?
Orders are shipped immediately after production has been completed and final payment has been received.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes.
We currently ship throughout Canada and internationally.
Shipping fees are calculated once your order is ready.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION ?
Absolutely.
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your shipment leaves our warehouse.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ?
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
Monaco Social Club cannot be responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect shipping information.
If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us right away!
PAYMENTS

For this reason, payment terms are established individually when your wholesale account is approved.
Your agreed payment terms will remain associated with your account and will apply to all future orders unless otherwise discussed.

Your payment terms are determined according to the agreement established between your business and Monaco Social Club.
These terms may include different payment structures depending on the nature of our partnership.

CAN PAYMENT TERMS BE DIFFERENT BETWEEN RETAILERS ?
Yes.
Because every retail partnership is unique, payment terms may vary from one partner to another.
Our goal is to establish a payment structure that supports a healthy and long-term business relationship for both parties.

HOW CAN I PLACE A RESTOCK ORDER ?

Perfect for quickly replenishing your best-selling products.
2. Build a New Order
Browse our latest collection, discover new arrivals and create a brand-new order directly through the Wholesale platform.
3. Let Us Build It For You
Short on time?
Simply tell us approximately how many pieces you'd like to receive.
Example:
"I'd like a restock of approximately 70 pieces."
We'll prepare a personalized recommendation based on:

You'll only need to review and approve the selection.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RESTOCK ?

Most of our retail partners choose to place smaller, more frequent orders to:

RETURNS
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation.
After this period, production begins and deposits become non-refundable.
CAN I RETURN WHOLESALE PRODUCTS ?
Wholesale orders are considered final sale.
Returns are accepted only in the event of:
• Manufacturing defects
• Monaco Social Club production errors
REPORTING AN ISSUE
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
