Production & Delivery

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–3 weeks after your deposit and order confirmation.

Production times may vary depending on the quantity and season.

Payments - ( Order Above 100 units )

A 33% deposit is required to confirm your order (use code RETAIL-DPT-33).

The remaining balance must be paid before shipping.

If eligible, use the code STORESHIP for free shipping.

Payments can be made by Interac e-transfer or direct bank transfer.

You must pay 100% of the invoice upon receipt for your order to be confirmed.

Cancellations & Returns

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation.

After that, cancellations or changes are not possible.

No refunds or returns are accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or a Monaco Social Club error.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Addresses & Delays

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.

Monaco Social Club is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by carriers or external factors.
